Jeff is an Investor at Susquehanna, where he co-leads the firm’s climate tech investing practice. He brings over three decades of trading and risk management experience to his work with early-stage founders, with particular focus on companies operating at the intersection of energy markets, data, and applied technology.
Jeff joined Susquehanna in 1989 and has since built and led multiple trading businesses across pretty much all asset classes—including commodities, energy, and electricity markets. In addition to trading, Jeff co-led Susquehanna’s best-in-class education program, playing a key role in shaping the firm’s next generation of decision makers. He has also worked closely with technologists, quantitative researchers, and machine learning strategists; experience that informs his current investing lens.
Jeff received a BS in Economics and an MBA in Finance, both from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He enjoys spending time in the Tetons with his family hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing.
